Steven got a new bed (we found it for $10 on Craigslist!!!), and he was so excited to help Daddy put it together and Mommy wash up the new mattress. He knew right away that it was something super special just for him! When it was all finished we put Steven in it, and he just kept jumping and screaming with glee--it was so cute!
Uncle Nathan turned 18! Yikes!!! We celebrated with a paintballing/pool party, complete with an ice cream cake and 4 foot long burritos from Uno Moss (I'd like just one more 4 footer, please!)!
The Kruger family came from Austin for the 4th of July, and we have been loving seeing them! On Monday we all met in the middle for our traditional summer hotdog and s'more beach bbq. It was as yummy as ever, and we loved having almosrt our whole family together again!!!
I have to also include what I found yesterday: Steven pretty much swimming around the kitchen floor in a pile of powdered sugar! He also realized that it made the bread and graham cracker he was snacking on taste much better. I guess that's one more thing I need to move to a higher place. I'm so grateful that I've been able to laught at these little discovery disasters--it makes it so much more fun for all of us. Besides, as I said to Steven, "Who can get mad at that cute little face?"

funny! He is so cute, I thought it was dishwasher detergent at first and about died, phew! Does he stay in his big boy bed? That is an INCREDiBLE deal! We have a twin mattress on the floor, but Teagan still wants to sleep in his crib, the bed is just too fun!
